It's simple, this is your brush for life and in order to keep things simple, here's a quick breakdown to help you start on your life long journey with the Never Buy Another range:

  1. You will be required to register your brush at using the unique ID number etched on the handle to use the NeverBuyAnother service.
  2. Your details will not be passed on to any third party.
  3. To use the NeverBuyAnother repair or replacement service, the registered brush must be returned to Harris.
  4. Postage to send your NeverBuyAnother brush to Harris for repair, replacement or personalisation is at your own cost.
  5. All repairs, replacement, personalisation and return postage to get your brush back to you will be complimentary.
  6. Please note, if your brush cannot be repaired, your replacement brush will have a new ID number* and your original brush registration will be updated accordingly.
  7. Harris reserve the right to refuse personalised messages that are deemed offensive or obscene.
  8. Your brush will be repaired or replaced no matter what happens (though we do encourage you to take care of your brush).
  9. Your Never Buy Another brush is designed for the very best control and finish, so we do not advise you to use it to slap paint or treatments onto rough timber or masonry.
  10. All repairs or replacements will be logged against your registration.

This website is for UK transactions only. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. As previously stated should the price change or be incorrect the contract is void and must be restarted by you the consumer. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address - the address your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Delivery to Mainland UK only. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.


All prices on our website are inclusive of UK delivery charges. Delivery (stock items) will normally be made within 3-4 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

As part of our online Money Back Promise if you're not 100% happy with any aspect of a Harris product you have purchased online we'll give you your money back. The Money Back Promise only applies to Harris products which have been purchased through the Harris website. In order to claim your refund, please return the product with a printed copy of your order confirmation to Money Back Promise, L.G. Harris Ltd, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 4AE and we will send you a cheque for a full refund.

Cancellation of Orders

Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund less any applicable restocking and delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.


You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at the moment. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
